Black List
This is a list of businesses that are scams or that, in my personal opinion, should be out of business. However, some see any press as good press.
False or Deceptive Advertising
These ads are all over the internet these days and use fake blogs to appear legitimate.
- Marias Diet Blog
- Kelsey’s Diet Blog
- Mel’s Diet Blog
- Amy’s Weight Loss Diary
- A Mom’s Weight Loss Recipe
- Melissa’s Diet Blog
- Jillian’s Diet Blog
Fake blog with photos of person sucking in stomach

Another fake blog using the same photos as above. They both even have the same description on the right.
Fake blog with doctored photos. Woman’s hair does not move between before and after photos. Claims her approach was advertised on Oprah.
The same photos from Mel’s Diet Blog – yes, the same woman.
More stomach sucking.
Same story, same product, fake blog.
Fake blog. Same pictures that are used in several others.
Poor Customer Service
- Best Buy
- Bank of America
Rebates not always approved. Rewards program accounts get lost. Web site does not guarantee delivery.
Raises interest rate on credit card even with good payment history.
Frauds and Ripoffs
- Premier Family Services
Complete fraud. Bogus legal services. No refunds. Will continue to automatically withdraw money from your account even after you stop service. Has an F rating with BBB. I have noticed that anytime a business uses the word, Premier, it’s typically very bad.
Borderline Malpractice
Attorneys
Physicians
Doctors and nurses are great. What would we do without them? No comments.
